1. Tell us about the books
Share the software you use, the number of business bank accounts, whether you employ staff and when the books were last reconciled. No documents are needed in the enquiry form.
2. Confirm your chosen plan
We confirm its inclusions and agree the records, approvals and bookkeeping routine. If there is a backlog, we discuss that separately before starting catch-up work.
3. Keep the records moving
You share records and answer queries. We organise and reconcile the books and prepare the reports included in your plan. Use our monthly checklist to prepare.

Can I visit a Springvale office?

Do you work with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks?
Yes. Tell us which system you use and how your records are organised. If you are considering a change, we will discuss the migration work before you commit.
Will a busier month cost more?
No. Your chosen plan and billing period determine the price. Transaction volume and complexity do not change it. The services, bank accounts and payroll inclusions listed in your plan still apply.
Do I need to be in Springvale?
