Will my bookkeeping price increase if I have more transactions?
No. Your chosen plan and billing period determine your price. Transaction volume and complexity do not change that price. Each plan’s listed services, bank-account and payroll inclusions still apply.
What is included in each bookkeeping plan?
Starter covers the essentials for up to two business bank accounts. Growth includes up to three bank accounts, payroll for up to five staff, monthly profit and loss and cash flow reports, and priority support. Premium includes unlimited bank accounts, payroll for up to ten staff, super and payroll reporting records, custom dashboards, budgeting and forecasting. See the full inclusions above.
Are quarterly prices the monthly equivalent?
No. Quarterly prices are the full three-month totals: Starter $580, Growth $1,100 and Premium $1,800. Select a billing period above to see the applicable price. No GST is charged.
Is catch-up bookkeeping part of the ongoing plan price?
Catch-up work is scoped and quoted separately. Tell us when your books were last reconciled so we can discuss any backlog before starting your ongoing routine.
Do you work with Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks?
Yes. Tell us which system you use and how your records are currently organised. If you are considering a change, we can discuss the migration work before you commit.
What happens after I enquire?
We review your enquiry, arrange a conversation and discuss the work involved. There is no automatic payment or subscription when you submit an enquiry.
